At Nomad, we offer classes for every level, and we keep our classes small to ensure an optimal blend of group camaraderie and individual attention. Whether your skills are beginner or advanced, we will guide you to your next level of fitness. Train in our groups to fully capture the benefits of community in your expression of fitness.

 
 
 

Monday

Lower Body
6:00AM 5:00PM 6:00PM

Everything below the chest will get worked dynamically. Everything chest and up will work to support that primary goal. The fundamental skills are squatting, deadlifting, jumping, swinging, and lunging. Expect a lot of balance work. This class will quite literally ground you in the strongest ways possible.

Tuesday

Pull Party
6:00PM

This is a back workout: moving, lifting, solving problems, and interval training – all using the structures and coordination patterns that help you pull things toward you. PULL PARTY is the antidote to the unavoidable modern problem of constantly sitting and interacting with technology.

Wednesday

Upper Body
6:00AM 5:00PM 6:00PM

Everything above the waist will get worked dynamically. Make no mistake though, you will demand serious support from your legs in this class. Pushing and pulling in all directions are the skills of concern here. Expect to have friendly battles with both the force of gravity and the strength of your workout partner.

 

Thursday

Fat-Fry Fridays: HIIT
5:00PM 6:00PM

Full body fat loss is the goal for the entire hour. You will use all your favorite Nomad high intensity interval training tools here. Heart rate up. Focus up. Finish your week off with a good laugh and a heavy sweat.

Outdoor Adventures
Mornings

Members are invited to our unique open-air excursions. Mountaineering, kayaking, bouldering, hill workouts, and off-trail hiking are among our standard fare. Use the skills you develop in the gym during the week to handle nature’s terrain during the weekends.

NOMAD EVENTS

Depending on the season, we host beach workouts, hikes, ocean activities, and team-building competitions.
